At R&H, we have always had a very clear vision about how we operate – to the very highest standard and putting our clients at the centre of what we do.
Familiar faces on friendly people who will help in an unhurried way provide you with the support and friendly assistance you need to make life that little bit more special and keep you in your own home, living the life you want to.
We will never take on more clients than we can comfortably cover so that no-one will feel rushed and so that we can offer you a complete continuity in the people who will visit you on a day to day or week to week basis.
Our Core Commitments
We offer a bespoke package of care tailored to your individual needs. At the core of our ethos are the following key criteria.
You will have the same partner each time
By prior arrangement a substitute is offered for purposes such as holiday cover.
We offer 1-hour minimum visit initially to build up a trusting relationship
If your package of care requires more than 1 visit a day, we can offer half-hour visits, but there must be a core 1-hour visit per day.
All the personal assistants have training and qualifications in the essential areas of work
These are Emergency First Aid, Health and Safety, and Moving and Handling.
We will attend on the same day and the same time you request each week
All the personal assistants are DBS checked
All the personal assistants adhere to the Calidcott principles of data handling and confidentiality
We are fully insured
