Terms and Conditions

We will invoice you every 4 weeks and very much appreciate electronic payment if at all possible. Our terms of payment are settlement within 7 days or we reserve the right to add interest. We reserve the right to bring to an end any contract if we feel that the work required is moving outside our remit. We will, of course, provide support until an alternative care package can be arranged.

Cancellations Policy

We try to be as flexible as possible but have recently put in place a fair, open and honest cancellation policy in the interests of clarity and transparency for all.
  • Visits cancelled on the day – will require payment in full
  • Visits cancelled up to 48 hours before – will require half payment
  • Visits cancelled 1 week in advance – no charge
